Returns and Refund Policy

All Mersey Flooring purchases can to be returned up to 28 days after the purchase date.

We accept returns in-store and via post or, if the customer organises their own haulage, we will refund this upon receiving the goods.

We accept the return of new products as long as they have been kept in their original packaging and are unopened. We also accept returns of defective products.

We can process refunds immediately but it may take 3 days to be processed by the bank.
