Floors need to be fitted with an expansion gap between where the floor finishes and the wall, this allows your floor to slightly expand or contract during the summer and winter months.

To cover this gap a scotia fits in perfect, order either in a colour match to your floor or a really popular choice would be a white scotia. They are 2.4 metres in lengths and we have an extremely popular choice to select from, please see all our colours below and select which best suits your preference.
